General Assembly Meeting

Upon an invitation made by the Board of Directors at a date and venue determined by the Board upon approval from the management. It shall convene within four months after the closing date of the financial year of the company. The Board of Directors may also call for a general meetings whenever it is deemed necessary.

The Board of Directors shall, upon a request

Made by the auditor, call for the general assembly. If the Board fails to call general assembly within fifteen days of the request date, the auditor may upon approval from management call directly for the general assembly. The management must decide on the request within fifteen days from the date of its receipt.

The Board of Directors shall, for serious causes

And upon a request made by shareholder(s) holding not less than (10%) of the share capital, call for the general assembly within fifteen days from the date of the request, Otherwise, the management shall approve of the shareholders request for the general assembly at the company's expense within fifteen days of receiving the request. In these two cases, the agenda shall only include the requested subject.
